Spiced Turkey Steaks

Serves: 4-5

 1 ¼ pounds turkey steaks, make four steaks

 ½ tsp. garlic powder

 ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper

 4 tbs. butter

 ½ tsp. paprika

 ¼ tsp. dried thyme

 ¼ tsp. dried oregano

 ½ tsp. onion powder

Mix all the spices and herbs in a mixing bowl. Rub the turkey with the mix.

Heat some butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the turkey and cook for 5-6 minutes per side or until it is cooked well.

Serve the turkey while hot.
